With their experience there are few title questions that they do not know the answer to and none that they will not find the answer to. Michael and Mark are attorneys admitted to practice in the State of New York. They can help you with title insurance as well as assist in the preparation and negotiation of a real estate contract. Their interest is serving the clients of M.K.M. Abstract Services, Inc., Mark and Michael are consistently current with the ever changing rules of real estate law, transfer taxes, recording requirements and unusual forms. Keith Kalberer is in charge of sales and has over twenty years experience in the title insurance business, including his recording and ACRIS expertise. As partners they have united to form a full service abstract company which is dedicated to serve all of the clients needs. The staff led by Office Manager, Brian Grodotzke maintains the primary goal of serving the clients and assisting them in anyway possible. Our staff is very experienced with all of our employees being employed in the title industry for a minimum of five years.
